Today’s Booking Through Thursday question asks:
Do signed copies excite you? Tempt you? Delight you? Or does it not matter to you?
While I enjoy getting signed copies, I do not go out of my way to get them. If I happen to be at an author’s event, I will try to get a book signed, especially if it’s an author I love. I do keep all the books that are signed, as some of them are personalized, and I think it’s cool just to have. Will I buy only signed copies of books – no. Will I send out books to get signed for those authors that do that – most likely not.
