It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, isthe perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.
This past week was a much quieter week, made even quieter after coming down with a terrible cold towards the end of the week. I did manage to catch up on some reviews and got quite a bit of reading done. Now my focus is on getting last minute things done before going on vacation – a week in Aruba…I cannot wait!!! I just have to get through this week and then hello vacation!

What about you? What does your reading week look like this week? Whatever it is, happy reading and have a good week!
I haven't heard of the books you read last week. One of the reasons why I love this weekly meme. I discover new titles and authors.
I absolutely agree…I seem to add more books to my tbr than I can read!!!
Oh, lucky, lucky you! Off to Aruba, eh? Please post some lovely pictures for those of us who are stuck here in the cold!
Here's my
It's Monday! What Are You Reading? I'd love to have you stop by!
I will definitely post some pics when I get back…this is my second time going to Aruba and I am super excited to just be able to sit by the beach and read all day for a whole week!!!
Infidel sounds like an interesting book. Someone in my book discussion group was saying it was a really good book so we may discuss it sometime in the future. I enjoyed your review of By the King's Design. I liked the Queen's Dollmaker but haven't read the other two books yet.
I hope you are feeling better and that you have a fantastic trip to Aruba. I am going on vacation next week too but not anyplace exotic (Philadelphia).
Infidel is definitely an interesting book – one that needs to be read a little bit at a time in order to digest what you are reading. I really like it and am about half-way through.
I have really enjoyed all of Christine Trent's books – but I think The Queen's Dollmaker has been my overall favorite of the three!
I haven't been to Philly in a while – it's a fun city, though. Hope you have fun!
New follower, just stopping by on a Monday . . . some great choices there, and a really nice variety! I see a few titles I may have to poach for my TBR pile.

Glad you stopped by…I find that this meme, It's Monday, always ends up with me adding to my tbr pile – a pile that seems to grow faster than I can read!!!
I love Lisa Gardner's books…and Silver Boat grabbed me, too. Thanks for sharing, and enjoy!
Here's MY MONDAY MEMES POST
I love her books, too. I now want to check out her FBI profiler series.
Most of these titles are new to me. I have to say, I'm very impressed with how many books you read! You have wonderful book discipline! 🙂 I'm sad to say working often gets in my way of reading, so I don't get to read nearly as often as I wish.
Enjoy your books this week! 🙂

My It’s Monday…
Thank you. There are definitely weeks where I don't get to read as much as other weeks.
I got that same cold! A trip to Aruba sounds lovely.
Good thing for antibiotics…I so do not want to be sick next week!
I have a friend going to Aruba soon, wish she would pack me in her suitcase 🙂
Have a great week!
It's such a lovely place…I cant wait to get there!!!
You had a great week of reading. My daughter convinced me that she needed her own library card. Please come see what I'm reading.
That's great about your daughter – I used to love our library trips when I was young!
