It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way
for me to
begin my week and allows me to
focus on what
needs to be read and to see what I
have or have not
accomplished the previous week.
I also enjoy
discovering new books by
visiting other participants
blogs.
It’s been a hot week – we had temps in the 90s and since it was almost too hot to be outdoors, I stayed in and read! If only I spent some time getting reviews done…maybe this week. My reading seems to be all over the place, but that’s because I’m trying to be a little more strategic in what I pick to read. I’m working on making progress with some of the many reading challenges I’m doing.

Teen Readers' Diary
I really do need to catch up on the Stephanie Plum series. She is a perfect character to spend a hot summer with. My Monday Report is here. Happy reading!
I want to read The Apple Orchard….I see several books that I've loved on your list, like Fly Away, Looking for Me, and Come Home. I need to catch up on Stephanie Plum.
Here's MY MONDAY READING POST
That is a lot of reading accomplished!
A great reading week during hot weather. We have been cool here, which has been great with all the wedding preparations we have, but I am ready for warmer weather. We are reading quite a few of the same books. Have a great week.
Blech to the heat 🙁 It's been steamy here lately as well. No thanks! 😉
I hope you really enjoy The Painted Girls, I really did!
Happy reading!!
The hot weather certainly helped you with tackling a book or two eh!
I had an unsuccessful week with blogging, and reading to an extent, last week so hopefully this one will be better.
My Book Bubble
I hope you enjoy The Painted Girls, it's one of my favourite books of the year. Have a great week!
The Painted Girls is high on my wish list. Hope you will enjoy it. Have a great week!
I've read one book by Tess Gerritsen, but I haven't picked up any others since! It's hard to know where to start when an author has so many books.
Enjoy your books this week!
I really must get around to Fly Away and the other one I want to read is The Firebird.
Thanks for your review of The Orphan Train that enticed me into reading it. Loved it as you know.
I just listened to the audio of A Hundred Summers so I'll look forward to reading your review of this one.
Wow, I'm impressed with your reading week! I enjoyed Button Holed and The Firebird too.
You had a great week! I just finished The Shadow Tracer and thought it was a good thriller
Wishing you a great reading week

I've only read The Winter Sea by Kearsley, but I enjoyed it and intend to read more. Enjoy your week! Stay cool!
I had fun reading Remember Me by Kinsella – good book with a love-me/hate-me character.
We had temps ranging from the 90's to the 100's also – which is hard to take when our weather is usually cooler. ugh. I hear we're in store for more. yeay! 🙂
Have a great week.
My Week
hope the cools down some for you.
great reading lists – EnJoy! especially when you're in a heat wave indoors =)
Stay cool and keep reading, you're on a roll! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such a nice comment and yes I loved Looking For Me 🙂 my review will go up this week, (I hope lol) I'm off to check out yours.
Ugh, the weather here has been swampy hot as well! The Lavender Garden sounds wonderful! I will have to check back for your review. 🙂
