Month in Review: August 2014

How is it September already? I feel like the summer was just starting the other day and yet fall will be here before we know it…I do have to say, I love the fall – the crisp, cool days, the changing leaves – I just hope we have a fall season before we move into winter! There are a ton of books coming out this fall and I’m hoping my reading time allows for me to get them all in…although, right now I’m trying to get caught up in Ken Follet’s Century trilogy. I finished the first book, Fall of Giants this weekend and will be starting the second book sometime this week so that I can read the third and final book when it comes out next week. Of course, these books are all quite long – at least 900+ pages each, so they take a while to read. But, if the next two are anything like the first, the pages just fly by!
