The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. I’m also going to link this up with Sheila’s It’s Monday post over at Book Journey.
I spent this past weekend at my sister’s house helping her pack up her house. She is moving at the end of the month. I didn’t mind at all as it meant I got a whole weekend with my 1 year old god-daughter and boy oh boy is she a cutie pie!!! We had lots of fun and she was quite helpful, putting things in boxes, sorting her toys, and just making us laugh! It was also fun spending time with my sister and brother-in-law, too!
Of course, that meant I didn’t get much reading time in, but I did get to start a new audio on the drive to and from their house – they live about an hour and a half way and each time, due to traffic, it took closer to two hours. But I actually didn’t mind, since the audio was so good – have you read or listened to Dear Daughter yet?
Have a great week everyone!!!

That must have been a lot of work, but at least, you did it in good company 🙂 Have a great week !
I am sure she was a helpful little stinker, kiddos that age are so cute and curious about everything. She will think they are all new again when they are unpacked at the new place 🙂
I've read the first two of Follett's Century series . . . I'm going to have to read that final installment this fall. There are just so many new releases for Sept and Oct that I want to read. . .
I keep wanting to read Ken Follett's books! I guess I should get on that lol!
Happy reading this week!
What fun with a 1 year old helping … darn cute. I loved Accidents of Marriage and I'm going to check out Dear Daughter, always after audio suggestions.
Have a great week and happy reading 🙂
Dear Daughter is on my wishlist.
Enjoy your reading selections for the week,

I have Dear Daughter and The House We Grew Up In…and can't wait to start reading them…soon.
Isn't it more fun to pack up someone else's house? I have often thought so. I wouldn't like that long drive, though. You are a great person to help.
Here's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES POST
I want to read Dear Daughter and the house we grew up in, soon I hope.
I bet your goddaughter was adorable with her helpful self
Here is my monday
I haven't read Dear Daughter but I'll have to add it to my wishlist. I"m still fairly new to audio books but I'm really enjoying them. I'll have to give them a try. 1 is such a fun age! Glad you got spend some time with your sister and family. You've got some great books coming up. The House We Grew Up In, Accidents of Marriage and Pam Jenoff are all on my TBR. Have a great week!
Sounds like you had a great week. It is nice to spend time with family even if there is work involved. I like audiobooks for the car but I have such a short commute that I can't do them. Have a wonderful week!
I love Pam Jenoff's books. I didn't know about this one.
I hope you like The House We Grew Up In. I liked it.
ENJOY your reading week.
Giveaway going on at my blog until Thursday for Accidents of Marriage if anyone wants to stop by.
