All week I’ve been fighting a cold – it never really materialized into anything big, just those annoying sniffles and a scratchy throat. Due to that, I kept things low key – I really don’t want to be sick over the holidays and usually when I get sick, I get really sick.
Here’s how my week went:
Dec 6: rest
Dec 7: rest
Dec 8: rest – spa day thanks to my hubby!!!
Dec 9: 1 hour (indoor walking)
Dec 10: 1 hour (indoor walking)
Dec 11: 1 hour (indoor walking)
Dec 12: 1 hour (indoor walking)

Good idea to listen to your body and keep things low key. It's supposed to be a tough winter re: flu, etc. Hope you continue to feel better.
