#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
This week didn’t start off too well as I was sick. I ended up with a nasty cold. I took a few days off and then, since the weather was so cold, decided to just take it easy and stay indoors all week. I really don’t want to be sick all winter, so I figured I would stay away from the gym and just work out at home.
Here’s how my week went:
Jan 3: rest
Jan 4: 2-10 minute walks w/ dogs
Jan 5: 1 hour indoor walking (watched Downton Abbey)
Jan 6: 45 minute indoor walking
Jan 7: 45 minute indoor walking
Jan 8: 45 minute indoor walking
Jan 9: 30 minute indoor walking + 30 minutes shoveling driveway
Audiobooks listened to this week: The Dress Shop of Dreams by Menna van Praag, narrated by Jennifer Carr & The Headmaster’s Wife by Thomas Christopher Greene, narrated by Stephen Hoye, Kevin T. Collins, Tavia Gilbert.
How did your week go? You can find this week’s link-up here.
Oh, no! I hope your cold goes away soon, but you still walked…yay!!! I need to catch up on Downton Abbey. 🙂
So many colds this week and last. You've got in some great walking though.
I need to start walking my dogs more. I think they would appreciate the exercise too.
Good idea to stay away from the gym. I hope you can shake the cold soon. The Dress Shop of Dreams is on my Audible wish list.
Good idea to go easy although to me that still looks like good workout. Hope you are totally better soon. Wow you got through a couple of audios. Awesome.
Good job, Kristin! I hope you're all recovered soon from your cold.
Hope you are feeling better. When I exercise regularly, I tend to bounce back quicker. I finished a couple of audios this week while walking.
I hope you are feeling better and it's a good idea to start with workouts at home. You did good this week even though you aren't feeling good! I have an ARC of The Dress Shop of Dreams and I can't wait to read it. I hope you are enjoying the audio. Have a great weekend!!
I hope you are feeling better. It looks like you did great indoors anyway!
You still did a great job. Take care of yourself!
The flu is crazy this year. I have a slight sore throat right now and I'm panicking lol
You did great though!

Good job, hope you get over your cold.
I hope you get well soon! It looks like you got plenty of exercise in even when you were under the weather.
