#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
I had a session with a personal trainer on Thursday and let me tell you – I’m still sore today! What a workout. He walked me through the machines I should use to do lower body one day and upper body another. Hopefully I will remember what machines and how to use them the next time I go! I also made it to a yoga class this week – so it was a good week overall!!!
Here’s how my week went:
Mar 28: 1 hour indoor walking (11,169 steps)
Mar 29: rest day (6,008 steps)
Mar 30: 1 hour indoor walking (8,667 steps)
Mar 31: 1 hour indoor walking (7,860 steps)
Apr 1: 1 hour indoor walking (11,261 steps)
Apr 2: 1 hour session with personal trainer (11,396 steps)
Apr 3: 1 hour yoga class, 1 hour indoor walking (11,852 steps)
Audiobooks listened to this week – Crash and Burn by Lisa Gardner, narrated by Christina Traister & Mikael Naramore
How did your week go? You can find this week’s link-up here.
Looks like a pretty good week! When you say "indoor walking" is that on a treadmill or doing one of those walking videos?
Thanks Jen! So my indoor walking is my own version of Leslie Sansone's walking videos. I walk in my house while either catching up on my DVR or listening to an audio book! I have quite a few of Leslie's dvd's and have done them a bunch of times, so I know the basics of them.
Great job, Kristin! I don't count my steps, but I track most of my runs and walks. I ran 5 miles today! Have a happy Easter! 🙂
Thanks Suko! And good for you – I don't run due to bad knees and hips, but I love my walking! Now that Spring is finally here, I'm hoping to get some longer walks outside! Hope you have a Happy Easter, too!
