#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
It was a crazy-busy week, work-wise, as I was trying to finish up some projects before starting my vacation on Friday. I started the week off strong, but then my back started acting up again, so I decided to take it easy the rest of the week. I’m heading into the city next week for BEA (Book Expo of America) and I know I will be on the my feet, doing a lot of walking around for the 3 days I’m there. It’s still bothering me a bit, but with some more rest over the next few days, I think I should be ok.
Here’s how my week went:
May 16: 4,687 steps
May 17 8,741 steps
May 18: 5k at gym (16,546 steps)
May 19: 20 minute fitness walk with dog (7,958 steps)
May 20: 20 minute fitness walk with dog (7,324 steps)
May 21: 5,064 steps
May 22: 9,012 steps
Audiobooks listened to this week – Finished The Summer Girls by Mary Alice Monroe, narrated by Mary Alice Monroe and started Seven Sisters by Lucinda Riley, narrated by Emily Lucienne.
How did your week go? You can find this week’s link-up here.
Sorry about the back troubles, I have them too! Your week still looks good. Hope it doesn't give you too much trouble at BEA. Have a great time.
Hope you feel great for BEA! Have fun!
Hope your back is feeling better. It's always hard to pull back a little on the exercise when its going so well but it's the safest thing to do. Enjoy BEA! 🙂
Yea for BEA!! I hope you enjoy yourself – can you get a back brace or anything to help when you are doing all of that standing?
