#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
So, I found some quick and easy workouts strength-training workouts that I can do each morning or every other day and I really like them. They are from Pop Sugar Fitness and I downloaded them to my iPad, so I always have access to them. The two I’ve been doing as the “5-Minute Standing Ab Workout for Your Strongest Core Ever” and “The Ultimate 5-Minute Tank-Top Workout.” I also tried to do some yoga flows a few days as well. I have a ton pinned from Pinterest, so I vary which ones I do. My work schedule has been so crazy that it’s been hard to make it to yoga classes, so these have been pretty handy.
Here’s how my week went:
Jun 6: 4,358 steps
Jun 7: 6,331 steps
Jun 8: 11,340 steps
Jun 9: 12,332 steps
Jun 10: 9,095 steps
Jun 11: 7,749 steps
Jun 12: 10,506 steps
Audiobooks listened to this week :
- Finished The Reckoning by Jane Casey, narrated by Sarah Coomes
- Finished All the Single Ladies by Dorothea Benton Frank, narrated by Robin Miles

I love the name "Ultimate 5-Minute Tank-Top Workout"!! That is awesome! Glad you are finding ways to make it work for you!
Those quick and free workouts are awesome. Great job last week.
You're doing really well and the workouts sound great. Good work with the audio too!
I must check out those workouts, I'm always looking for something quick that I can fit in on the evenings when I'm not going to the gym.
You are doing great!
I just did these workouts and I can feel the burn! I was doing the Blogilates videos but I like these better. Thanks for sharing!!
