#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in October 2

This week I had no motivation…none! Work is definitely getting the best of me and not in a good way 🙁  I’m frustrated beyond belief and stressed but have no desire to workout. The steps I got were from walking the dogs and then from running around like a crazy woman at work – and I do mean crazy woman!!! I really need to shake this as I’m not liking it at all. This week coming up looks a little better, so maybe I’ll get in some good walks or at least get myself to the gym…we shall see!

   

Here’s how my week went:  

 
Sep 26:  7,252 steps
Sep 27:  5,900 steps
Sep 28:  2-15 minute fitness walks with dogs,
12,225 steps 

Sep 29:  2-15 minute fitness walks with dogs, 8,496, steps
Sep 30:  2-15 minute fitness walks with dogs, 9,508 steps

Oct  1:  2-15 minute fitness walks with dogs, 7,454 steps

Oct  2:  SICK, 4,094 steps

    No motivation is the worst! I was totally bleh on Thursday. I am telling ya, I just wanted to rest on the sofa and told BF to choose for me. In the end I got up and went. No idea how I made it there only 1 min late. But it was haaaard

    I'm starting to feel that lack of motivation thing, too. I've been going strong for 21 months and it's starting to wear on me. I'll need help thought the winter, I think.

    At least your steps are still good. I'm finding I have no motivation either, I really want to shake that off as less steps always equal more food for me!
