#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
So, this past week was all about taking it easy – light, easy walks because I was still sick with that nasty cold that turned into a sinus infection. Luckily I got some good meds from the doc and am feeling much better! I think between the meds and just taking it easy, it really helped. I’m going to do another week of light activity before ramping things up – no need to end up sick again!
Here’s how my week went:
Mar 19: 6,646 steps
Mar 20: 3,964 steps
Mar 21: 15,614 steps
Mar 22: 12,626 steps
Mar 23: 14,869 steps (5K- 3.36 Charity miles for Girls on the Run)
Mar 24: 12,582 steps
Mar 25: 14,545 steps
Audiobooks listened to this week:

Booo sinus infection! I know the feeling, i got a chronic one, but it has played nice lately
But you still got steps 😀
You are kicking it with your steps even with being sick, Kristen! I've been seeing your progress on Fitbit. You go girl! I was out of town: wine tasting on Friday and then up to San Francisco Sat and Sunday. Just got back, so I haven't had much time for exercise this week. I need to get my butt in gear! 🙂
I'm so glad you are finally feeling better! And great job on the 5k with the GotR. It's a great program!
I am very impressed with you 12,582,630 steps on March 24! 😉
