I had a pretty good week – even made it to the gym this week 😉 I got in 2 5k’s and I think I may finally have turned the corner with my sickness – yay!!! I’m slowly easing back into things – it’s amazing how tired I still am, even though I’ve basically been doing nothing, but I guess my body really needed that rest after being so sick for so long. I’m hoping to get in so good walks this week – not sure yet on exactly what the plan will be as it will depend on the weather and how I’m feeling, but I am definitely heading the right direction. The good news with all this is that somehow, I didn’t end up gaining any weight despite not really working out – I guess having to drink so much water and not really having much of an appetite for 4 weeks ended up being a good thing!
My October/November Goals:
- 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend – 3/5, 1/2
- 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F – Met
- Eat

***In March of 2017, I’ll be doing the CHALLENGE WALK MS in Savannah, GA. It is a three-day, 50-mile walk that tests your strength and your
spirit, and makes an extraordinary difference in the lives of people
with MS and their families.
