So,
I signed up to walk another 1/2 marathon!!! And, it’s in 4 weeks…good thing I just did that big walk – I am still in good shape for this 1/2 and just need to get a few big distances in and I should be good to go 🙂 I’m pretty excited about this one as we’ll be walking through Central Park in NYC. Hopefully the weather will be good!
March Goals:
- 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend – 5/5, 0/2
- 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F – met
- Eat
mindfully/eat enough – met
Here’s how last week went:
Mar 25: 5,651 steps
Mar 26: 6,449 steps
Mar 27: 13,427 steps (5K – Leslie Sansone 5K With a Twist Walk; Arm workout)
Mar 28: 18,002 steps (5K+ – 5 Charity Miles for MS; Arm workout)
Mar 29: 11,335 steps (30 min fitness walk)
Mar 30: 17,708 steps (5K+ – 5 Charity Miles for MS; Arm workout)
Mar 31: 12,911 steps (5K – 3.5 Charity Miles for MS; Arm workout)
Total Steps: 85,483 steps
Audiobooks listened to last week (since I’m not much of a music fan, I listen to books while I walk):
