What a great week!!! The weather was awesome and I got some good walks in – one day even doing 2 walks 🙂 Not really planned, but I’ll take it! I really focused this week on staying on top of my water intake – I feel that I haven’t been as good as I should with that and I definitely notice a difference. On top of that, my allergies have been awful – I have seasonal allergies and have had to double up on my meds, which is making me way more tired than usual, but staying hydrated seems to be helping! And I’m trying not to over-caffinate – though I really need it some days! It seems to be a never-ending battle, though. Anyone else suffering with allergies now?

It's really cold here yet so no seasonal allergies for anyone
Great job with your walking this week! The weather is pretty nice here too. That's too bad about your allergies. 🙁
I struggle with water intake also. I have had kidney stones in the past so I know how important it is to drink plenty of water. I just don't do it!
I'm just now starting to exercise again after months and months of no exercise. It is rough but I try to do 15 minutes a day as a start.
Sounds like a good week overall. And to heck with allergies. I am doing Flonase, Singulair,Xyzal, and double the max recommended benedryl and mine are still killing me.
Let's see…. nice weather (check); extra walks (check); allergy season (check). Sounds like we had similar weeks! I'm lucky that I don't get allergies too bad, but my eyes are all itchy and gunky!
Are you using anything for your eyes. I use Alaways and it helps a lot.
