We are back from our week at the beach…boy did that week go fast! I took the week to just recharge…and it was heavenly!!! Sure I still wore my Fitbit – I have just gotten into the habit of putting it on first thing in the morning and I like the clock feature, but I didn’t stress about making my step goal. Luckily for me, my husband and I didn’t go crazy with our eating – in fact, we ate pretty healthy all week. It was a great relaxing week and now I just need to find a good balance to keep that stress-free mojo going!
August Goals: (will start tracking next week – didn’t track while on vacation!)
- 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend
- 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F
- Strength training (3/5 days)
- Eat
mindfully/eat enough

Jul 31: 18,837 steps (5K+ – 5 Charity Miles for Girls on the Run)
