Month in Review: March 2019

According to the calendar, Spring is here, but Mother Nature isn’t quite playing nice as the temps are still a bit chilly. We’ve had some nice days where it has gotten up to the 50s and I’ve been able to sit outside for a bit and read on my front porch, but we’ve also had quite a few days where it’s only been in the 40s. I’m so ready for the warmer, dare I say, hot weather to be here! It was another great month for reading and I managed to mix-up my reading, throwing in a few historical fiction books in the mix. Do you stick to one genre or read a wide variety? I still love my psychological thriller/suspense/mysteries, but I’ve been trying to read more historical fiction as I really go enjoy that genre, too.

Wow! You've had a great reading month. I definitely try and mix up genres a bit. It keeps me from getting too much into a rut.

You're doing awesome! I mix it up- I'm just as likely to read a middle grade book as I am to read an adult nonfiction, followed by a romance, followed by a memoir about drug abuse. Reading a wide variety of stuff keeps life interesting. 🙂 Happy April!

I love a good variety of genres in my reading month. I think it keeps things interesting. I've been making sure there is always a thriller in the line up myself 😀

You had such a great month. The only one on this list I've read is The Library of the Lost and Found. I like my contemp fiction and a little romantic suspense. A little historical. Not so good with the thrillers!!
