I don’t know about you, but May seemed to fly by! It was a busy month and while I still managed to read quite a bit, it wasn’t quite a bit, it was a little shy of what I normally read…but I’m ok with that. There were a ton of really good new books out and I’m really looking forward to the next few months of outdoor reading, where I hope to just spend my days outside on the deck or at the beach reading! My tbr is out of control!!!

Hello! I found your blog because I was looking for other bloggers reviewing Last Call and the comments on that review are closed, so I hopped over here. I felt the same way you did about a lot of that one and also especially appreciated that the author really focused on the victims instead of making the serial killer the hero. I also wanted to recommend The Five, which is a really similar look at five victims of jack the ripper. I thought it was a little more detailed than this book and equally engaging 🙂

Hi! I’m not sure why that comments are closed on the post…but I’m glad you left your comment here. I’ve heard of The Five – I’ll definitely give it a go, especially if it’s engaging. I like the idea of focusing on the victims more.
