So, I went back to the gym this week and did 2 days of treadmill walking and then took a yoga class. While I’ve been doing some yoga here and there at home, I haven’t taken an actual class in a while and am planning to work it back into my schedule. It’s nice to mix it up a bit.
Here’s how my week went:
Sep 27: rest
Sep 28: rest
Sep 29: 1 hour (3.5 miles)
Sep 30: 30 minutes (easy walk w/ dogs)
Oct 1: 1 hour (3.75 miles)
Oct 2: 30 minutes (easy walk w/ dogs)
Oct 3: 30 minutes (easy walk w/ dogs) + 1 hour yoga class
How did your week go?
Nice going Kristin, I am working up to an hour but think it might be 2015 before I make it!
