My thoughts:

As soon as I heard about this one, I knew I had to read it. I love a good “Sliding Doors” concept and I think it definitely delivered quite the unique thriller I was looking for. And for sure I’ll be keeping an eye out for what this author writes next. This is her first foray into the adult thriller market and I think she nailed it!

At the heart of this story is a look at how the decisions we make affect our lives. I loved seeing how the choice to either pick Esme up that night alters everything in Jane’s life and from that one choice, we see so many different ramifications. This book really kept me hooked with the twists and turns it took, plus I will never turn down a story that dives into the relationships about sisters. It is so much more layered than I originally expected and that was probably the biggest surprise of all.

I highly recommend picking this one up!

Audio thoughts:

This was a fun one to listen to and I thought Kelsey Navarro Foster, who is a new-to-me narrator, did a great voice with the narration.
